Make Password

This utility is a small program for generating wordlist-based passwords. Traditionally, these wordlists are used by rolling dice to select words. However, using cryptographically secure sources of randomness should be just as good, and a little bit easier. By default, it uses wordlists provided by the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
